231 Keyworth Plan discussion meeting

All residents in the neighbourhood are welcome!

You are invited to an informal meeting to view and discuss the detailed plans to renovate a single family home at 231 Keyworth Avenue (corner of Keyworth and Sunnymede). Nick Tyler is the property owner. He wants to construct a second storey over the existing one-storey detached dwelling, together with a new attached three-car garage.

Members of the Executive of the Champlain Park Community Association (CPCA) and residents with the 60 metre circulated area will be attending this meeting.

A Committee of Adjustment hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21, starting at 3:00 pm at 101 Centrepointe Drive, to consider three variances from the Zoning By-Law.
