Social Committee goals are for a warm, welcoming neighbourhood

Goal: to cultivate a community where people want to stay and grow, to know their neighbours and care for each others best interests

• Organize/promote social events and sports, arts and hobbies.

Social Convenor

The Social Convenor serves as a CPCA Board resource for event volunteers. Volunteer co-ordinators take charge of specific events. The Social Convenor co-ordinates general planning, obtaining required permits (park and other permits, often with support from our city councillor), budgets, and volunteer recruitment for CPCA social events.
