I am once again writing to you to let you know about the upcoming Flavours of Ottawa Easter Market in Westboro:

Date: Saturday, April 12, 2014
Time: 10 am to 3:30 pm
NEW Location: St. George’s Parish Hall, 415 Piccadilly Ave., off Richmond Rd. near the Metro, Westboro

We have found a new larger venue for the market and there is plenty of free parking.

A diverse group of 20 of Ottawa’s celebrated food artisans will be selling their products including, hot cross buns, truffles, chocolate eggs and bunnies, macarons, caramels, gluten free baked goods, coffee, chutneys, salsas, and salad dressings. There will also be two distinct artisanal drinks available: TreeWell’s maple tree sap based aperitif, and a Caribbean inspired sorrel drink made by Baccanalle.

This Easter market is a one-stop-shop for all your Easter holiday entertaining and gift giving needs. You will come away with delicious gourmet products that will tantalize the taste buds of your friends and family and maybe even the latest kitchen gadget from Kitchenalia.

Admission to the Easter food market is free, however, food or monetary donations are welcome for the Parkdale Food Centre.

Relish the Flavour Food Truck will be there serving lunch!
