1. If that doesn’t turn up the owner, the Ontario government says “You can drop it off at any police station, drop it in any Canada Post mailbox or bring it to any ServiceOntario location” (e.g. Westgate)

3. Just to follow up, the child it belongs to was found, though they’d ordered a new card.
