Kichi Zìbì Mìkan Weekend Closure – November 15, 16

From the NCC, and according to the city this will return the road to two lanes in both directions…

National Capital Region — There will be a full closure of the Kichi Zībī Mīkan during the weekend as part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project.

• Schedule: 11:30 pm, Friday, November 14 to 5:30 am, Monday, November 17, 2025
• Location: Both directions on the Kichi Zībī Mīkan between Carling Avenue and Island Park Drive
• Impact on motorists: Full parkway closure; access to Westboro Beach is available from Island Park Drive
• Impact on pedestrians and cyclists: No impact on adjacent multi-use pathway
