This is a meeting of the CPCA Board of Directors. Champlain Park Community members are welcome to attend, if you would like to propose items for discussion, to ask questions, to organize an event or activity, or to learn more about the issues affecting our community.

Activities and Issues must fall within our community plan/areas of operation in order to be addressed by the CPCA. You can write to the webmaster champlainpark@gmail.com to request a link to join the meeting and/or to connect you with the appropriate Board member for information and guidance including how to submit a Community Project Proposal.

    • CPCA to establish board position on application of zoning categories, especially evolving overlay?
    • Delegated Authority to the CPCA P and Z Committee (Heather Chair, Lynne Member) to represent CPCA to the City?
    • Summary of Comments received to date by the City; FCA P & Z members encourage more comments on Draft 1
    • Sept. 11 β€œsurprise” position of GOHBA on height increases in N2 shows why communities must provide their comments!
  6. AGM – Agenda, Choose Date, Ideas for a Speaker, Everyone, 15 minutes

  1. Sorry about that. I had trouble reading the agenda file (it looked empty), which is now community edited rather than the secretary doing the initial editing. Anyway, I found the content and updated the post. Please revisit this post on the web site to see the agenda.
