This is a meeting of the CPCA Board of Directors. Champlain Park Community members are welcome to attend, if you would like to propose items for discussion, to ask questions, to organize an event or activity, or to learn more about the issues affecting our community.

Activities and Issues must fall within our community plan/areas of operation in order to be addressed by the CPCA. You can write to the webmaster champlainpark@gmail.com to request a link to join the meeting and/or to connect you with the appropriate Board member for information and guidance including how to submit a Community Project Proposal.

    • Approved – Defend the Committee of Adjustment Decision at the Ontario Land Tribunal re: 182 Daniel Ave. Heather will represent CPCA. A limited amount from the P&Z fund approved.

  6. Public-facing Google folder for Planning, Zoning and Environmental Policies – Heather
    CPCA PZ&E presentations and analyses, including those relating to the Planning & Zoning fund and conditions for its use, are Board-approved, public information. This information now is posted in a public-facing Google folder.
  7. Finance, Membership, Insurance Updates – Lynne 7 minutes
    • Updates on insurance etc.
    • Draft changes to Project Proposal CPP form and process
    • Motion: Not to schedule CPCA activities 2025 June 1 to 14 for insurance change-over reasons
