Novatech would like to invite Champlain Park residents to view and discuss their client’s proposal to build a semi-detached home at 240 Carleton Avenue.

Minor Variances Requested:
Standard minor variances to build semi-detached on Carleton Avenue:
Reduced lot width from 9m to 7.62m; Reduced lot area from 270m2 to 232m2;
New Infill 2 Zoning Regulations: Reduced rear yard setback from 8.5 m (28% lot depth) to 7.46m (24.4% lot depth).
