I just received an e-mail from the finder saying:
The Lost and Found notice posted about the found bracelet worked like a charm! The very happy Champlain Park resident who lost the bracelet a week ago noticed the posting, called me and described it perfectly, and picked it up a few minutes ago. She and I talked about how effective this process proved to be. It worked, and made a young Mom very happy!
