Member at Large

A Member at Large is a volunteer position with one vote on the board of Champlain Park’s Community Association (CPCA).

This position may be of interest to newcomers to the Board. It allows people to be on the board without a specific “portfolio”, to contribute in a variety of ways as per their interests, and to orient themselves to the activities of the Board. This can also be a stepping stone towards another “specialized” position.

Duties of position

• Contribute in a variety of ways in the member’s areas of interest.
• May choose to specialize.
