Co-Chair

The co-chair is a volunteer and executive officer position with one vote on the board of Champlain Park’s Community Association (CPCA).

Duties of position

• Co-ordinates Board process and business functions.
• Ensures compliance with corporate legislation and mitigation of risk in co-operation with other board members.
• Presides over Board meetings or assigns alternate board member to do so.
