Subject: Tunney’s Pasture transformation project website now live

Thank you and your fellow executives for joining us at our technical briefing on the Tunney’s Pasture transformation. We were pleased to connect with you and share an update on this important project for our city and your members.

On it, you will also find the full presentation we shared with you.

As well, we committed to providing you additional information from the ‘Chat” and during the discussion we were not able to address during the meeting. This summary will be forthcoming shortly.

Many decisions are still needed to determine exactly how the Master Plan will be implemented, as you are aware following the meeting. However, we do know that over the coming years, Tunney’s Pasture will be transformed from a car-centric employment centre into a vibrant, sustainable mixed-use community that is integrated with surrounding neighbourhoods. And we know the public will have a meaningful role in shaping its future.

As we bring the vision to reality, this website will be the place to find project updates, information on the Master Plan, Vision, and Guiding Principles, answers to frequently asked questions, and much more. It will also include online engagement activities as well as details on virtual or in-person opportunities to provide input.

We invite you to share this link with your members and community, and encourage them to bookmark it, visit often, and sign up for updates to be the first to know about upcoming engagement opportunities.
