Dog seen wandering in our neighbourhood

This dog was laying on a neighbours back deck earlier this afternoon on Keyworth Ave. It took off crying towards the park. They think it maybe lost as it is very thin.  Posting in case anybody has lost this dog or may recognize and know who’s the dog owner to let them know of sighting.
