After two meetings with Novatech, representing the builder, and one community meeting (website received the notice), there was no substantive change in the minor variance request to reduce the rear yard set-back (and associated area).
They are asking for a reduction from the required 8.5 m (new provision approved in 2016 as part of Infill II) down to 7.5 m. (previous provision under the old by-law) and associated rear yard area. We are opposing the minor variance request.
