145 Carleton Avenue Renovation Proposal – September 15

The property owner invites Champlain Park residents to view and discuss their renovation proposal for the property at 145 Carleton Avenue

Location: Champlain Park Fieldhouse

The proposal is for reduced side yard setback to facilitate the construction of an addition on the north side of 145 Carleton Avenue.

Minor Variance Request:

• 0.35 metres (14 inch) side yard setback is requested
• 1.2 metres (4 feet) is required
