Champlain Park Community Association (CPCA) Executive Meeting Open Session

7:15 PM at the Fieldhouse

Exec meetings will have an open session for community residents to observe exec business discussions. Non exec community members will also be invited to participate at certain times by the chair and there will be “in camera” topics for the executive only.

3. Motion to thank Viv Walsworth for his contributions to 153 Carleton Ave Development Proposal (All)
4. Gift/recognition to potter for retiring from CPCA role (Joan)
5. CPCA position drafts – assignment of responsibility and formal exec endorsement process (CoChair1)
6. CPCA requests for projects to be funded from the cash-in-lieu fund managed by Jeff Lieper (Nick)
7. Tunney’s Pasture employees parking in the neighbourhood (Dennis)
8. Zoning: Coach House Draft Proposal (Heather)
