Hello Community Associations and BIAs,

As mentioned in a previous e-mail, Jeff is holding another Ward Forum on August 22, from 10am-1pm at the Orpheus Musical Theatre. We invite all of you, your members and neighbours to attend and join Jeff in conversation about our lovely ward. We will circulate a poster closer to the event, once we have finalized our community partners.

As in previous forums, we are inviting each association to have 5 minutes to present any updates or announcements to our community. Please start thinking about what you would like to say, and who will represent your organization by speaking to the group. Once you have finalized your announcements, we are asking if each association could provide us with a typed, brief copy of the speaking notes for our records. This can be provided closer to the forum. The order of speakers will be randomly selected during the event.

Please respond to this e-mail letting our office know if your association will be represented at the event, who will be giving your announcements, and if they have a title (President, Treasurer, etc).
