  1. Is there a way to just read the Neighbourhood Watch without having to download as a pdf to my computer?     Helen

  2. The alternative is to sign up to the Neighbourhood Watch mailing list and get it as a Microsoft Word .doc file attached to their weekly e-mail (I convert that to a PDF for our web site). Either way, there’s an attached file to view.

However, modern web browsers (like FireFox) will often automatically display the PDF if you click on it, rather than downloading it as a file. That may require changing settings, or installing a PDF reader add-on for your web browser.
